Oh the pains of opening a bakehouse!
I never thought how hard it was until I decided to open one. Construction hasn’t started yet but as early as now I am collating recipes, computing costings, the works. It isn’t easy. Good thing the nitty-bitty details of the shop construction is no longer my responsibility. What do I know about paint, monster cable, cameras and all?
