PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE FILLING OUT THE ORDER FORM:

• RUSH ORDERS (orders placed less than one week before the event) are subject to an additional 10% charge and should be PAID IN FULL upon order confirmation.
• Orders below P3000 should be PAID IN FULL to confirm the order.
• Orders above P3000 is confirmed by depositing 50% of the ORDER TOTAL. This is non-refundable. The balance is due 1 week before the event.
• Only BDO or Unionbank bank deposits are accepted. Remittances from overseas should also be coursed through these banks. No Pera Padala, Western Union and the likes.
• Meet-up and delivery fees should be paid along with the order payment. WE DO NOT DELIVER or DO MEET-UPS FOR FREE.
• No downpayment/payment, no order.
• Any changes made to the agreed design 7 days before the meet-up/delivery is subject to additional charges.
• Any special request like special candles, additional candles, special cupcake liners, etc. are also subject to additional charges.
• NO HAGGLING. Please consider all the efforts and time we put into every cake  that leaves our house. We spend enormous amount of time on each order so please be considerate.
