For once, we made a bare cake for my daughter’s 11 month. After seeing Hillary Duff’s bare wedding cake, I knew that I’d make one myself someday and that day came when my little girl turned 11 months.

PH Bakehouse’s forte is fondant cakes so no one has asked us for a bare cake yet so just imagine my excitement when I came up with this:

It’s a rainbow bare cake. I used my basic yellow cake recipe as the base, prepared 3 colors and voila!

And since I received tons of Oreo products from Kraft, why not make a premium cookies and cream filling made of real Oreo bits?
